$150.00 - Online Gallery Set-up with E-Commerce Integration and Upload of First 10 Pieces.*

After we establish your online gallery, with e-commerce integration, we can provide you the tools to add new pieces or we can do it for you for an additional fee. You will receive links to your gallery / portfolio in URL and QR code format for your own use in social media.

*Artists are responsible for providing their own images and e-commerce account links for this special rate.  Photographing your work is a service that can be provided for additional cost.  Feel free to contact artifexnexus@gmail.com for an estimate. 

Artifex Nexus can host your gallery / portfolio for as little as $10/month and no commission on sales.  Grow at your own pace and receive discounts for longer hosting agreements.  Hosting also includes additional perks such as newsletters sharing artist opportunities, and inclusion in curated online exhibitions.

Hosting Rates:

• $10/month hosts up to 50 pieces
• $15/month hosts between 50 - 75 pieces
• $20/month hosts between 75 - 100 pieces
• Contact us about rates for hosting over 100 pieces

Additional services may include assistance in the documentation of artwork (including photography and video), artwork uploads or general maintenance to your online portfolio, exhibit history documentation, help with curating and installing exhibits, establishing / updating sales and client information, revenue / expense reporting, grants and residency applications, etc.

• Remote Services:  $50/hour - billed in 30 minute increments
• On-site Services:  $75/hour** (2 hour minimum)
• Discounts available for projects requiring 20 hours or more

Estimates can be provided on projects before starting, and can be billed on an incremental basis to ensure no surprises at the end of your project.

**On-site visits may require additional fees for travel beyond 30 miles of Timberlake, NC.
